New payment site for 2026!

Starting Jan. 1, 2026, your premium payment site is changing to myuhc.com/exchange. If you still owe a premium payment for 2025, you’ll need to continue to pay at this current site.

 

New and improved for 2026

When you create your online account at myuhc.com/exchange, you’ll have 24/7 access to information about network doctors, pharmacies, home prescription delivery, can make your monthly premium payments and so much more. To create an account, all you need is your Member ID number, which can be found on your new health plan ID card for 2026.

 

Visit myuhc.com/exchange to:

  • Sign in to your account to make a payment or set up Autopay for 2026. After you sign in, enter your HealthSafe ID® then select your new plan.     
  • If you currently have Autopay through uhcexchangebilling.com, you now need to set up Autopay on myuhc.com/exchange for 2026.
